A. Renters pay us a fee to help them find a home.

A. It is absolutely free of charge.
Q. Are there additional or "hidden" expenses involved?
A. Good question. Please keep in mind: we are a Rental Locator Service. The largest and most successful one in the world. Our profit source is the membership fee paid by our clients to help them find a home. The more properties that we have available, the more attractive and useful our service is to them. It is in our best interest to work with as many property owners as possible. For this reason, we have available to "our" landlords, other services that our experience has shown to be useful for them. They are offered to you from that perspective. Click on the landlord home page for a list of those services. We know that our businesses compliment one another and that by working together as a team, we will be far more successful in meeting our goals. This truly is a win-win situation. The entire staff at Rental Homes of America looks forward to working with you.
